A Position Overview Position Title Assistant Manager Finance Accounts Department Finance and Accounts Level Band As per HR Policy Role Summary To ensure compliance to the procurement process while ensuring business requirements are met within targeted timelines and quality parameters B Organizational Relationships Reports To AVP Manager Finance Accounts Supervises None C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Corporate Stakeholders Internal All Users External Parent Group Companies Auditors Consultants D Key Result Areas Preparation of Regulatory Reports disclosures as per IRDA regulations and accounting standards prescribed by ICAI Help on Closing books of accounts on a monthly quarterly and annual basis Preparation of IND AS pack for our foreign shareholder Preparation of BAP Public disclosure and other regulatory submission Coordinating with auditors during audits for ITCG ICFR and limited reviews Processing transactions with related parties and other group companies and reporting in accordance with accounting standards and IRDA requirements Scrutiny of ledger accounts preparation of necessary account schedules and identification of exceptional items if any Handling routine and adhoc reporting requirements of IRDA local management or parent companies E Skills Required Technical Knowledge of Compliance Regulations Insurance accounting knowkedge and IFRS IND AS Behavioral Interpersonal skills Essential Communication skills Essential Creative thinking skills Essential Supervising Leadership skills Essential Teamwork Skills Essential Influencing skills Essential Relationship Building skills Essential Decision making skills Essential F Incumbent Characteristics Essential Desired Qualification CA MBA Experience 35 years post qualification
