Job Description Hiring for reputed Client 1 Monthly book closure before the cut off date 2 Coordination with different stakeholders to close the expenses on time and with accuracy 3 Understand and interpret the vendor agreements 4 Coordination with Internal Auditors Statutory Auditors and tea 5 Export expenses tracking and reporting any major variations to Finance controller 6 Sound knowledge about TDS GST and other relevant tax laws 7 Track and report Standard Vs Actual expense 8 Implement AP related SOPs 9 GL review and report discrepancies if any 10 Getting balance confirmations as per the set timeline 11 Maintain vendor master with all relevant data 12 Book closure month end 13 Multi tasking Pressure handling startup experience Prefrabble 14 Team handling minimum 7 members of team Requirements Qualification MBA CA inter with 810 years experience Should be having strong accounting concept knowledge and also should have handled complex transactions accounting Startup work experience would be an added advantage Good Communication Skill Advanced MS excel Power point knowledge Work experience in Oracle would be an added advantage Should have handled minimum 45 members team Prefer Candidates from Product based organization or experience in both Product and Service Based organization
