The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the company. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct financial forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
    2.Budgeting and Control:
    • Lead the budgeting process and monitor expenditures against the budget.
    • Implement cost control measures and identify areas for improvement.
    3.Financial Reporting:
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulations.
    • Coordinate audits and manage relationships with auditor.
    4.Risk Management:
    • Identify financial risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
    • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
    5.Compliance:
    • Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
    • X years of progressive experience in finance, with managerial experience preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office suite.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
