Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust financial models for business planning and decision-making.
  • Handle carbon accounting for our carbon credits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage GAAP-based accounting and prepare financial statements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across our international operations in India, Tanzania, other African countries, Europe, and the USA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare financial reports, and support strategic initiatives.

RequirementsQualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling, carbon accounting, and GAAP-based accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of international trading and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in a global business environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • MBA from a top business school with finance specialization will be preferred.
