Responsibilities:
- Help in building the new Lease Enablement organization forward that looks to centralize all facets of Integrated Financing, in the context of the services business that is expected to grow exponentially over the next few years.
- Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives. This includes rolling up his/her sleeves to have a deep understanding of the underlying processes and connect the dots to deliver business insights and impacts.
- Own the financials at a specific account level and drive interactions with the business teams and operational teams alike, to make sure deal level profitability is well established.
- Close interaction with the Customer Success Managers and the Contract Management operations organization to ensure that we have positive Embedded Lease Values with majority of the Leases handled.
- Red account management- to focus on specific accounts that need turnaround actions to drive positive margins.
- Ensure no delays in customer billing vis-à-vis the lease initiation and the underlying installation of the assets under the account portfolio.
- Make sure that deal level forecasting vs accuracy is effectively balanced, with inputs provided accurately to the services business unit.
- Work across the spectrum of Business Finance, Compliance, Analytics and Operational rigour to solution the best outcomes for the company in the space.
- Deliver key insights and analysis that help drive business outcomes, duly addressing the controls and compliance elements in this evolving space.
- Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
- Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional discussions and alignments.
- Works with the Leasing Ecosystem on elements that need to be addressed, both from a process and systems standpoint.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 8+ years of experience as a financial analyst, atleast three years of which should be either in an FP&A function or handling the P&L in a large scale organization.
- Experience in Commercial Financing, Business finance roles, services-oriented revenue related roles will be a significant advantage.
- A strong passion for data analytics, a proven track record on handling pressure and a solid FP&A background will be preferred.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
