What will your essential responsibilities include

.Responsible for providing support on IFRS 17 Financial Close, Reporting, and Analysis activities for the Reinsurance Segment.

.Analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet along with commentaries & and presentations for Senior Management.

.Responsible for preparing quarterly reconciliations which include Actuarial Roadmap Reconciliation, Oasis vs FDM vs EFR vs HFM Reconciliation, etc.

.Prepare and Post journals related to commission reclass, IFRS 4 reversals, ULAE, Yield Curve, IQS, etc.

.Responsible for extracting queries from HFM/EFR and various other systems and analyzing the same.

.Assist in developing HFM reports and performing UAT on the same.

.Maintain robust communication with onshore (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.

.Keeping the flexibility in reports to incorporate any high-level adjustments or structural changes from onshore.

.Maintaining process documentation.

.Support Ad-hoc activities/projects.

Required Skills and Abilities:

.Accounting and Analytical skills: CA with of post-qualification experience or MBA in Finance with relevant experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting or Financial Planning and analysis.

.Good analytical skills

.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

.Should have excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
