Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Finance to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of taxation laws, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), GST (Goods and Services Tax), as well as familiarity with US financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of TDS compliance, ensuring accurate and timely deductions and filings.
  • Handle GST compliance, including timely filing of returns and ensuring adherence to all GST regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain knowledge of US financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the company's financial operations align with US laws and regulations, including SEC filings if applicable.
  • Address any complaints or concerns related to financial matters promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [5 years] in a managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, including TDS and GST.
  • Familiarity with US financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
