Job Profile : Sr. Financial Planning & Analyst (ISC)
Job Requirements:
Drive ISC business monthly pulse, forecasts and estimates, AOP / actual review cycle.
P&L ownership, variance analysis and period close activities. Ensure accurate & timely month-end closing and relevant finance operations.
Management reporting and analysis of various financial statement line items - conversion cost (labour & overhead variances), fixed assets including capital work in progress, inventory, etc.
Capital projects: Participate in feasibility study on new product initiatives/ transition projects/ capacity enhancements/ technology upgrades, supervise capital proposals, monitor capex spend and follow up on accurate capitalization.
Annual standard cost activity along with labour rate calculation and transfer prices at product line level.
Support on automation & digitization projects on SAP operation, EDW & Tableau dashboards, Digital Finance and FDS.
Cost reduction project: Drive ISC productivity projects on material and conversion cost reduction (facility, office supplies, electricity, outsourced service, furniture investment), manage materials procurement & consumption and other direct expenses.
Provide FP&A service to business leaders - responding to adhoc tasks on expense details, cost center level details, cost center approval hierarchy maintenance, payroll v/s census review, etc.
Oversee and review necessary business operations, incl. Production order, cost variance, open PO and take immediate actions to correct pending items.
Monitor the working capital, follow up with customer to recover the overdue AR. Review inventory and WIP ageing take action to reduce the ageing and work on IOS inventory.
Identify variations to AOP and support business to take necessary actions on resolution of delays and bottlenecks. Work on risks and opportunities in current plan or forecast.
Support on corporate audit, statutory audit, cost audit and GST audit requirements & queries.
Qualification:
CA with 4 to 5 years of experience; CMA / MBA Finance with 6 to 7 years of experience
Hands on practical experience on SAP - FICO and production modules, Hyperion - HFM and Essbase (FDS) is must
