As a Vice President within the Asset Management Finance & Business Management team, you will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of products across Asset & Wealth Management. You will be expected to clearly communicate trends and business promoters to aid management decision-making. Your duties will encompass coordinating monthly outlook deliverables, annual planning, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. You will collaborate closely with Regional and Product Chief Financial Officer teams, Product Control, as well as Asset & Wealth Management Planning & Analysis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage, assist and supervise on a functional basis a team of 4 for their BAU activities related to key senior management reporting (EMR's, Financial summary, performance reports etc)
  • Engage with stakeholders, functional leads & CFO's on various issues & providing resolution. Supporting ad hoc requests for Revenue, Flow and expense analysis and reviews
  • Engage in month end & weekly activities which includes data uploads in the system, working on data, passing of adjustments if required & ensuring that the numbers look accurate
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for management meetings and strategic reviews (e.g., Operating Committee Review, Regional Business and Finance Townhall, Investor Day, etc.)
  • Contribute ideas around improving reporting capabilities and new projects
  • Liaisoning with MIS Platform teams for enhancement and upgradation of primary systems in line with client requirements
  • Work with Info Management Team on the projects & data quality issues. Extraction and mining of data reports from the source MIS systems
  • Review of the dashboard & coordinating with the team on issues & enhancements
  • Analyzing operating results and key cost/revenue drivers (Revenues/Expenses/Flows)
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create plans for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Minimum of CA or an MBA in Finance is required
  • Experience in creating Tableau dashboards, Alteryx
  • 10+ years of Finance experience, in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills. Positive attitude and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent organizational, management, both verbal & written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • The ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts and maintain composure in a large group setting with multiple
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
  • Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams.
  • Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
  • Detail oriented individual with the ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience of Hyperion Essbase and Access.
  • Experience in creating Python dashboards is a plus
