About Team:

Business Finance: -Interface between the finance function and the Supply/Marketing/Business and Operations teams to optimize costs of the various functions. Provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision-making based on financial performance and financial planning and analysis.

Job responsibilities:

• Developing a deep understanding of the business, Cost drivers, and other functions of the organization to drive efficient growth by:

• Doing data-driven trend analysis for customers/operational metrics with a focus on improving the shape of the P&L whale highlighting key insights to leadership.

• Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with a focus on governance & cost leakage

• Preparing, managing, and publishing business scorecards

• Stakeholder Management & working closely with the regional business teams

• Run weekly reviews with for the regions with business stakeholders

• Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.

Desired Candidate :

• CA or IIT/ NIT + Tier 1 MBA/PGDM college like IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc.,

• 3-4 Years of experience post qualification.

• Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams

• Strong Financial modeling and Power-point skills

• Previous experience as a business finance partner in Inventory / Supply chain side is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred

• Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems

• Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of SQL would be a plus
