Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Controller to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an established manufacturing company that is committed to excellence and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.


1. Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and Forecasting.
2. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
3. Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances.
4. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
5. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
6. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
7. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
8. Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit.
9. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
10. Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.
11. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
12. Implement operational best practices and drive initiatives to improve process efficiencies.


1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA, CMA, or other related certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
4. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
5. Ability to strategize and solve problems.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
7. Excellent communication and people skills.
8. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
9. Deep understanding of business principles and practices.
10. Superior attention to detail.
11. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
