As the Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial projections.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity by monitoring banking activities and optimizing cash balances.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audits and tax filings.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
