Job Summary:

Finance business partnering role supporting the Global Commercial Finance Function for related to APAC Sales & Inventory and Global Marketing & E-Com function.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Providing finance business partnering support to the Global Marketing, APAC regional sales and other related functions focussed on driving sales and profitability through the analysis and interpretation of financial and operational data.
• Partnering with the Global Marketing function in the management and control of the marketing cost base and reviewing performance of marketing programmes
• Support APAC regional sales drive profitable sales growth and partner with local inventory teams to manage slow moving inventory
• Working with the Business Intelligence team for information requests and exploring relevant tools available to share information and reporting
• Managing and interpreting large datasets (in excel)
• Responds to information requests from internal customers and others as assigned
• Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and narrative results analysis for management
• Develops and distributes periodical reporting
• Reviews and analyses reports in order to verify results
• Works with management to develop, monitor and report-out on key performance indicators for the business
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong excel skills and experience with managing large datasets and large volumes of data.
• Develops solutions for a variety of situations and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance; determines best course of action to achieve results
• Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy
• Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI/SQL etc

Work Experience:

• Typically 3 plus years with bachelor's or equivalent plus CA/ICWA (CMA)/MBA

Education and Certification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained preferably with Finance Qualifications such as CA/ICWA (CMA), /MBA
