- Analyse monthly Profit and Loss account of this business unit and relate variances at the Sub - Business unit level and provide management insight on business health and recommend vital Improvement and corrective action.
- Business partner with business leaders to provide insightful information on cost position to help Strategic business decision.
- Costing review and ensure the rate is allocated accurately and its assumption is appropriate.
- Manage Account receivable, Account payable and Inventory and ensure the trade working capital and asset requirements are accurately managed.
- Lead and take charge of annual budgeting process with various stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial impact to the business in order to manage their financial responsibilities.
- Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other reporting requirements are met timely.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Laws, standards and audits.
- Strong in strategic planning and financial analysis
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Master's degree in finance/commerce or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance or accounting with validated track records.
- Good business insight and strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Audit experience in a reputable Public Accounting firm.
- To work both as an individual contributor as well as be able to manage a team.
- Be comfortable to work in a matrix organization structure reporting across geographies, legal entities and across functions.
- To work in a fast-paced team environment to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethics
Who You Are:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Working Knowledge in Oracle in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in area of financial reporting under Indian GAAP and US GAAP in a manufacturing organization.
