Our esteemed organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Finance - Construction to join our executive team. This position will play a pivotal role in our company's financial future, driving financial strategy and planning. The VP of Finance will be responsible for managing construction operations for project planning and field construction, working closely with proposal efforts including constructability of project, recommending construction scope of services and cost estimates, overseeing the production of multiple job sites, and supporting the CFO on M&A activity.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting for the construction division.
2. Work closely with project management teams to ensure constructability of projects and recommend construction scope of services and cost estimates.
3. Oversee the production of multiple job sites, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
4. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
5. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
6. Support the CFO in all M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-merger integration.
7. Collaborate with other executive team members to set company-wide financial strategy and goals.
8. Develop and implement financial management strategies to maximize profitability and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in managing construction operations for project planning and field construction.
4. Demonstrated experience in working closely with proposal efforts including constructability of project, recommending construction scope of services and cost estimates.
5. Experience in overseeing the production of multiple job sites.
6. Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
7. Proven experience in conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
8. Experience in supporting M&A activities.
9. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
10. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Proficiency in financial software and databases.
