We are currently seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Permanent CFO to join our clients dynamic team. This position is an integral part of our finance team and will have a broad range of responsibilities including financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, accounting, AP-GL accounts, financial planning, and business planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial operations. This role requires 3+ years of experience and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

11. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

Job Details


1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA would be a plus.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in Financial Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Accounting, AP-GL accounts, Financial Planning, and Business Planning.
4. Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
5. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
6. Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
8. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
11. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting software.
