Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Tax Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of tax management, including tax planning, compliance, and audit defense.
2. Developing and implementing strategic tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liability and optimize tax benefits.

Job Details

To be considered for the role of Senior Tax Manager, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior tax management role, preferably within the legal sector.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both at the federal and state level.
4. Proven experience with tax planning and compliance, as well as dealing with tax audits.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Proficiency in tax preparation and accounting software.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
