Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries and balance sheets.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to understand the cause of any discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control procedures.
• Provide support and analysis of the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
• Support internal and external audits, providing all necessary financial data and supporting documentation.
• Utilize SAP for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with plant management and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of SOX is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong experience in accounts payable management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
