We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Regional Controller to join our vibrant team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our regional operations. You will be instrumental in driving financial performance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong controls within the business. This role requires a strong understanding of cost accounting and a proven track record of managing financial operations within a manufacturing environment.

  • Oversee and manage all regional financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic decision making and business planning.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data and performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional management team to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage audit process to ensure compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
