Your role and responsibilities

• Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast, performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers. Liaising with sustainability and HR to prepare and assess the planned inputs
• Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions. Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends
• Financial analysis for various "what if" scenarios and sensitivity analysis and the overall impact to the Divisions. Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labor hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios
• Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting. Supporting forex valuations, hedging, audits & Group on special projects. Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
• Active participation in business process /project reviews / functions review, assisting in target setting, & strategic planning & analyzing performance of portfolio for various segments and presenting financial dashboards for business review
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements. Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for future tax / internal / external audits and reviews
• Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Recommending changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements. Ensure SOPs are prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team

Qualifications for the role

• Professionally qualified (CMA or CA)
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. Experience in Manufacturing industry / Factory controlling / FP&A is preferable
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules and basic Knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in SAP is an advantage
• Experience with MS Office Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
