As a Financial Analysis professional in our Asset & Wealth Management, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will develop a solid understanding of AWM Mortgage business be able to articulate trends and business drivers for management decision support. You will be included in daily/weekly/monthly deliverables coordination, automation of the processes and help the team increase the footprint on the AWM modelling front. The person will work closely with the treasurer, mortgage leads and also with the corporate treasury to manage the responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily/weekly reporting for AWM Mortgage business which include key business metrics.
  • Ensure Automation and Management of the existing processes to bring in efficiencies in the system.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for management meetings and strategic reviews (e.g., Operating Committee Review, Regional Business and Finance Townhall, Investor Day, etc.)
  • Assist Mortgage leads with the adhoc reporting regarding the in depth analysis of the existing information
  • Ensure work with Automation team to interpret the databases and implement the reporting changes.
  • Contribute ideas around improving reporting capabilities and new projects
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum of CA or an MBA in Finance is required with 4 to 7 years of Finance experience, preferably in Financial Services and avid user of technology to bring in efficiencies.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience of MS Access, Alteryx/Python. Experience in creating Tableau dashboards.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills. Positive attitude and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent organizational, management, both verbal & written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • The ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts and maintain composure in a large group setting with multiple
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
