- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company's financial performance
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and risk management activities
- Supervise accounting team and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial decisions and business growth
Qualifications and Skills
- Should be CPA/CMA/ICWA degree or equivalent certification is a plus
- Proven experience in financial management and leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
