Job Description:
Perform statutory audits, tax audits, and other related finance audits for a diverse client base.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Prepare and file GSTR 9 and 9C returns accurately and within the specified deadlines.
Manage accounting tasks for various clients, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial
reporting.
Familiarity with Tally ERP-9 for maintaining client accounts and financial records.
Handle tasks related to Form 15CA-CB filings, transfer pricing, and income tax returns for
individuals, LLPs, and companies.
The candidate will gain exposure to IND AS, listed entities, and valuation practices as we are
working for start-ups with valuations exceeding INR 8,000 cores. Collaborate with a team of
around 20 professionals and assist partners in managing assignments effectively. Demonstrate
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and
stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and developments in the field of
finance and taxation.

Candidate Profile:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience and expertise in statutory audit, tax audit, and other related finance
audits.
Sound knowledge of GSTR filing, TDS deposit and returns, and managing accounting
tasks for multiple clients.
Proficient in using Tally ERP-9 for maintaining client accounts and financial records.
Familiarity with filing Form 15CA-CB, transfer pricing, and income tax returns for
individuals, LLPs, and companies.
Understanding of IND AS, AS with exposure to and start-ups and private limited
companies.
Ability to work independently, handle assignments individually, and lead teams
effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients,
team members, and stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant finance and
taxation laws and regulations. Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
