We are currently looking to expand our talent pool for Financial Planning function to support business with ongoing strategic growth (write the position: for example. 1 leader + 3 analysts).

Once you are selected for the position, you will be provided with extensive onboarding getting the chance not only to enhance skills within Function-specific processes, but also a chance to get insights into workings of diverse markets.


Functional Responsibilities
  • Drive and support the closure of the BPC Project
  • Ensure timely monthly submissions from BUs and reconciliation of the BPC data
  • Accurate and timely submission of the Weekly Volume Flash
  • Facilitate the Brand PL Submission every quarter
  • Support the timely submission of the Quarterly Brand PL Deck
  • Work on the monthly EDW Validations and upload
  • Prepare the monthly review deck for the Commercial Team
  • Prepare the quarterly deck for the Commercial Townhall
  • Maintain and update the BU Submission Calendar
  • Prepare the monthly E-Commerce Dashboard
  • Support on the POR Scorecard preparation
  • Cater to all other Adhoc requests that come from the Commercial Team
  • Drive analysis of available financial data to obtain meaningful insights that will enable leadership to drive informed decisions.

People Responsibilities
  • Coach and on-board new members of the team in ways of working and processes

  • 7+ years of experience in finance and planning with strong business knowledge
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in commerce/business administration/economics with a high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in both Management reporting and planning processes
  • Experience working in the FMCG sector

Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
