As Informatica embarks on the next phase of growth, We are looking for an experienced and experienced Strategic PMO Manager to support our CA&R Departments.

About the role

As a Strategic Program Manager supporting CA&R departments, you manage strategic programs, improve project delivery, and ensure agreement on organizational goals. Your responsibilities include overseeing project portfolios, implementing best practices, encouraging collaboration, and establishing frameworks to standardize processes for achieving goals.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations within the CA&R function, you help shape project direction. Your skill in driving outcomes in are indispensable to our success.

What you will do

Strategic Planning: You will develop and implement strategic plans for the PMO to align with organizational goals and improve business growth.

Portfolio Management: You will manage project portfolios, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

Process Improvement: You will evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Additionally, you will build frameworks for standardization to improve processes across projects.

Partner Management: You will build relationships with partners across departments to understand our needs, facilitate communication, and ensure agreement of project goals.

Performance Monitoring: You will establish Goals to monitor project performance, track progress against goals, and improve.

Governance and Compliance: You will ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, while promoting a culture of compliance within the PMO.

Change Management: You will lead change management efforts related to projects, driving adoption and ensuring successful implementation across the organization

Reporting and Communication: You will present regular reports on project status, performance, and main insights to executive leadership and partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; master's degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic planning and portfolio management.
  • Experience leading complex projects and project teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams at all levels.
  • Analyse data, identify trends.
  • Experience in change management, process improvement, and partner engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
