Deputy General Manager -ETO Plant Business Finance

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Plant Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Managing Plant finance and relevant accounting operations
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances (Analysis of change)
• Creating robust financial know-how to ensure accounting / financial compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local and Central government reporting requirements.
• Handle independently all internal and external audits.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting / financial policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Understand product specific technical side and link with financial performance.
• Perform accurate Costing of high-end engineering product and be a business partner in Growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Plant Financial Controller
• 10+ years of overall finance management experience
• CA or CMA
• Thorough knowledge of Finance principles and procedures
• Excellent SAP user and administration skill
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
• Should have good experience in cross functional team management.
• Requires knowledge in building accurate forecasts and follow up
• Perform well in tight deadline schedule of financial reporting cycle
