Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education or semi-qualified CA or CMA, training, or work experience.

Developing level professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity. Is an active team member, contributes to complex projects to gain experience, shares ideas and suggests process improvements appropriate for level of experience. Consults with senior peers on semi-complex processes to learn through experience. Certification may be required.

What you will be doing
Require resources to manage the following IDSW activities for the Technology Development Organization. :
- Validation of project documentation and update status of upcoming projects
- Assess projects nearing completion and request any release notifications, if required
- Update business model with actual information
- Review monthly accounting entries and ensure that no projects have been missed & identify projects
with poor time entry.
- Hold Monthly calls with development teams for status updates
- Interact with different stakeholders to resolve questions or open items
- Meeting with Business Unit Finance Leaders to review forecast, variance analysis, storytelling, etc.
- Upload of forecast into the planning system i.e. HFM
- Prepare accruals to be sent to the accounting team
- Monitor Accounting month-end close and related activities
- Prepare a presentation on Power-BI and other related tools
- Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
- Meets with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
- Gathers and analyzes current data to aid in estimating future expenditures.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

- Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as well as company accounting policies, procedures, and standards
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
- Analytical and statistical examination skills
- Ability to understand and apply learned concepts
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Ability to create spreadsheets and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
