Position Summary: As the Assistant Finance Controller for Global Clients, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations and strategic initiatives of our firm. Working closely with the Finance Controller, you will oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance for our clients, with a particular emphasis on those based in the US and Israel. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing financial insights, and fostering strong relationships.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, conducting periodic audits and reviews as necessary.
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate exposure and maximize returns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including Sales, Operations, and Legal, to support client needs and business objectives.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting clients in the US and Israel, providing insights to inform decision-making.
You will have to ensure smooth closure of month-end / quarter-end / year-end activities including necessary reconciliations and reporting. This position required management of all the AP and AR accounting, Inventory, and payment-related matters as well.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS principles, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
