Job Description:
You'll lead a team of high performing problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Manage the accounting system team for successful delivery of projects.
- Lead from the front by setting an example of excellence in delivery to the team.
- Lead the team by providing the guidance on the project deliverables and executing as per project plan.
- Oversee that the deliverables to make sure it meets the PwC standards and industry best practices.
- Perform project management activities for projects in which the team in involved.
- Be hands-on in delivering Zuora suite of products (CPQ, Billing and Revenue).
- Provide support to our clients with the adoption approach around revised accounting standards.
- Lead various teams involved in implementing accounting rules e.g., Revenue Automation, Process and data analysis in existing systems.
- Lead calls with Clients to gather requirements, design solutions, work with cross functional teams and understand system impacts, drive delivery.
- Lead project involving planning, design, build and testing on ERPs or home-grown accounting systems to help clients gain comfort.
- Lead design of use cases, test cases and test results as per business requirements.
- Suggesting improvement or identifying gaps in client's process designs that enable efficient and effective interaction between people and systems.
- Working on multiple projects to provide solutions for end-to-end implementation and integration with client systems including performing unit and system testing to validate analytic procedures against expected results.
- Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences to global clients.
- Work with partner firms to respond to RFP & RFQ. Prepare proposal response / solution design, approach documents. Prepare level of effort, team composition, statement of work and MOUs.
Good to Have:
- ASC 606 / IFRS 15 / 842 (US GAAP) implementation experience using revenue management tools like Rev Pro/ Rev Stream / Rec Vue, Softrax, Oracle AR / GL, SAP RAR
- Experience in data integration from ERP systems to revenue management tools
- Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL
- Consulting background
