CFO/Finance Head - Financial Services

Job Description The CFO position will be heading End to End Finance function for the organization. This role will be responsible for compliance of the Companys financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting. Responsibilities All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS Prepare quarterly consolidated accounts and ensure compliance of financials with Accounting Standards Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems. Manage Global compliance for Taxes, Corporate Law and Specific regulatory. compliance. and business continuity process Qualification & Experience required 10+ years of total experience, preferably from regulated Financial Service organizations Minimum 2 years as finance controller/Finance head/CFO experience in an fintech CA or MBA Finance from top tier institute Experience in new age fintech would be a plus Proficiency and knowledge of Tally/MS Office Applications and ability to interact with stakeholders internal and externalEmployement Category:Employement Type: Full timeIndustry: Financial Services Role Category: Others Functional Area: Not ApplicableRole/Responsibilies: CFO/Finance Head - Financial Services
