Document Controller Specialist or QA/QC Specialist

• Manage and maintain all project-related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and filed in the appropriate locations
• Establish and maintain effective communication with project team members to ensure timely and accurate document control
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and processes
• Monitor and track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring all documents are reviewed and approved in a timely manner
• Prepare and distribute reports on document control activities and status
• Organize and maintain the document control system, ensuring easy access and retrieval of all project-related documents
• Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes and procedures

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a document controller in the oil and gas industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely document control
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with project managers and other stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of engineering and technical terminology to facilitate document review and approval processes
