As an Accounting Manager/Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our company, which operates in the fast-paced and dynamic finance industry
You will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting operations, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
  • Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.

Job Details


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably within the construction, real estate, or similar industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.
  • Proven expertise in financial and accounting software applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.
