As the FP&A Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the financial strategy and driving impactful decisions. This role isn't just about numbers; it's about being a strategic partner in the client's journey towards success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Modeling: Develop cutting-edge financial models to steer the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Insightful Analysis: Uncover actionable insights from financial data, providing the foundation for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborative Budgeting: Work closely with department heads to craft and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Dynamic Reporting: Present financial reports to the leadership team, showcasing key performance indicators and trends.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Data-Driven Dashboards: Spearhead the development of key performance metrics and visually compelling dashboards.

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced certifications (MBA, CMA, CPA) are highly regarded.
    • Demonstrated experience (5+) in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of success in a managerial capacity.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
