The Finance Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for Costing & Controllership process, monthly Reconciliations and month close process.
This position is part of the FP&A COE team located in JFWTC Bangalore and will be hybrid (Monday and Tuesday work from office and Wednesday to Friday work from home). At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Key business partner to Finance leaders & operation team in Supporting Standard costing Process & books closing to help define priorities for the business.
- Support inventory reconciliation processes, dashboards, reports publishing, acquisitions and new inventory org integrations to Oracle.
- Collaborate with modality, item master, and transfer price teams on ensuring products are costed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Cytiva manufacturing sites and business modalities to ensure understanding of cost processes.
- Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP's, responsible for quality error free deliverables in accordance with the quality standard for FP&A CoE, and support local and global initiative and process improvements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- B. Com, MBA, CA, CMA, with 2 - 6 years of progressive finance experience
- Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as OneStream Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Qlik etc, along with strong knowledge of excel / spreadsheet
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with being self-motivated and demonstrate high energy.
- Experience working in a global environment with sound understanding of global processes and transaction flows
- Adaptable/Flexible: being opened to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
