• 3+ years of accounting wizardry
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passion for problem-solving and process improvement
• Dedication to exceptional customer experience
• Eagerness to embrace new technologies
• CMA/CA/ACCA certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their financial needs are comprehensively addressed.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and provide strategic guidance tailored to clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate services and ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records , focusing on core accounting data and transactions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client accounting status and performance.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices, particularly in core accounting functions.
• Lead initiatives to expand accounting services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Optimize client onboarding processes to accommodate rapid growth and e
