CFO will be responsible for Financial planning (FP &A), implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, partnership compliance,Taxation, and negotiations.
Requirement :
1. CA with min 15 yrs of work experience from Manufacturing, or any other industries.. which will be an IPO experience is mandatory
2. Business Valuations.
3. Should be able to handle or handled earlier accounts/compliance worth INR 500-600 Crores.
4. Should have done Mergers & Acquisitions independently.
5. Around 10+ years of experience.
6. Experience in IPO Launching.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of working in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and export-oriented company.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in investment analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
-Must have post qualification experience in handling Merger and Acquisitions and was actively part of project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and investment partners.
- Proficient in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
