Role and Responsibilities:
  • Leading accruals working and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Implementing automation initiatives for the payment process, including the Zoho go-live project.
  • Sharing Accounts Payable management information system (MIS) with management.
  • Generating productivity plans for the team and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for invoice processing turnaround time (TAT).
  • Overseeing the implementation of Zoho purchase order system.
  • Ensuring compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and coordinating with the tax team.
  • Conducting vendor ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
  • Managing the vendor master database to maintain control over vendor information.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Problem-solving mindset with curiosity to learn, challenge the status quo, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Zoho and Tally software is mandatory.
  • Education Qualification: Minimum Inter CA (Chartered Accountancy) pass and completed article ship from Audit firm.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
