Key Responsibilities Include

. Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing operating and financial
results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and
communicating key messages to senior management
. Manage Global Stakeholders and regular communications
. Change Management and key requirements
. Structure unorganized data, validate data to ensure data integrity
. Partner with broader FP&A organization to improve forecasting processes through
automation and system optimization and ensure the accuracy of financial data
. Run Power BI dashboards for standard and ad-hoc reporting & activities

Required Skillset and Qualification:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A profile
  • MBA Finance/Inter CA/CMA or equivalent
  • Progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A profile
  • Hands on experience in Financial Reporting
  • Proficient in Advance Excel
  • Power BI dashboarding, SQL and MDX knowledge are added advantage(Preferred).
  • An independent, self-motivated individual with a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and an analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills, possessing the initiative to create presentations and analysis from scratch to answer questions posed and investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and keen to details
  • Significant expertise in setting up automated processes to increase the effectiveness of the team and minimize room for error
  • Excellent multi-tasker who is always 'on it' understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal reliable and responsive to email and telecommunications
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information
  • Open to learn new skills/ technologies as may be required by business

Experience: 5.00-6.00 Years
