Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on sustainable growth, risk management, and profitability
• Fundraising and Capital Management: Lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and explore opportunities to secure funding for expansion and social impact initiatives
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, conduct financial analysis, and provide accurate forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, establish internal controls, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative financial solutions
• Passion for the social sector and experience in initiatives focused on social impact or community development
• Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and supporting organizational growth

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification - CA
• 12+ years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the staffing industry or social sectors
• Strong background in fundraising, capital management, and investor relations
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Team handling experience is a must
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with internal controls and compliance
