Team Lead US Accounting

Job Description

• Educational Qualification (link removed) or (link removed) or CA Inter or CA or MBA or ICWA
• Relevant Experience
• 5 Years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a must.
• Good working knowledge of US Accounting, taxation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Should have atleast 3 years' experience in KPO/ BPO or Process Industry
• Job Role & Responsibilities
• Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement
• Ensuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levels
• Monthly closing of books of accountsMonthly analysis of BS and P and L Statement
• Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution
• Managing client communication and satisfactionHandling client escalations
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Periodic review meetings with management

• Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must
• Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.
• Prior experience of handling team of 5 or more staff members.
• Good hands on MS Office and different Accounting Software-
• QuickBooks
• Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements.Prior experience of creating and implementing SOPs.
• Job Location Near Mahesh Vidyalay, Kothrud, Pune
• Job Type Permanent - Full time Shift 1:30 pm to 10 pm )-2ndShiftMonday to Friday-5 days working
