We are seeking a talented and experienced Controller to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic financial oversight with hands-on involvement in core accounting tasks. You'll be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our company, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Your Role
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly closing procedures and annual reports.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Manage all aspects of corporate borrowing, from analyzing options and negotiating terms to overseeing debt and advising on financial implications.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting cash flow and identifying potential financial risks.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist with administration and analysis of company benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Controller role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
