Manager Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) ( Preference from E-Commerce )

Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Work on Profit & Loss account and responsible for end-to-end monthly management accounting for brands of the portfolio - Analysis of monthly performance of profit parameters and conducting variance analysis against budget - Preparation of PnL forecast for various entities, variance analysis of forecast figure & preparation of commentary report- Managing the working capital for the assigned brands or category - Partner with leadership to develop business plans and key initiatives that improve productivity & efficiencies within the supply chain- Assisting in preparation of budgets, AOP, forecast and business review decks for senior management.- Preparation of planned/ad-hoc reports as required by the business teams- Proactively work with Tech function on automating manual process for reporting- Driving special projects viz. due diligence during fund raise, cost optimization projects, etc.
Skills & Requirements: - CA with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience- Prior experience in E-commerce (preference - Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care brands)- Excellent Communication skills to navigate cross-department discussions- Analytical and inferencing ability - Good knowledge of various performance parameter of an e-commerce business- Knowledge of general economy, market trend, outlook, financial performance of major market players,- Good knowledge of accounting principles, bank's financial statement analysis, and treasury.
