About the Controller role

• Full oversight of the day to day operations of the accounting department - review of tasks and mentorship. Full month end, treasury functions.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Assisting with the budgeting and planning process. Variance analysis.
• Maintain and updating internal controls across the board.
• Managing cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Liaison to external audit.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Corporate Controller

• BS Accounting/Finance.
• 5+years managerial accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
