- Facilitate professional development for the Controller, preparing them for an eventual transition into the CFO role.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful CFO, preferably within a manufacturing company.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing finance professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Availability for 8-10 hours per month for mentorship sessions.
