Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations within the automotive plant, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processes. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of these critical functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The Accounting Manager will be key in maintaining financial integrity and transparency.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making processes within the plant. As an Accounting Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize financial performance. The Accounting Manager will liaise between finance and other departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.

- Experience overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling.
