They are seeking a talented Controller to oversee their financial operations and drive strategic decision-making in their fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for Controller:
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate financial projections and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Cost Management: Implement effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to provide management with actionable insights.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Controller:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the manufacturing industry, with leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with Plex is a huge plus
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all financial activities.
