What you'll do
  • Sales, Business Development, New Logo Acquisition for Equifax
  • Consultative Solutions Sales, Relationship and Account Management
  • Getting New clients and implementation of Share of Wallet strategy
  • Key focus clients to include but not limited to PSU Banks in Western region of India
  • Lead by example along with exceptional supervisory management skills
  • Manage sales management process (sales pipeline, close, collection etc) enabling forecast business to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

What experience you need
  • Overall experience of 12 - 16 years in sales with predominant exposure to BFSI industry.
  • In most recent experience to have been in a leadership position of a consumer / commercial lending business of top tier PSU / Private bank
  • Experience in Bureau or its affiliated partners will be given preference
  • Should have exposure to B2B sales in the recent experience
  • Should have led a successful team management role for the last 6 to 8 years with minimal attrition
  • Fluency in local languages is pre-requisite
  • Should have a proven track record of exceeding targets Y-O-Y
  • Should hold minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably with an MBA / CA

  • Should have a flair for direct account management by understanding client's business requirements and providing Equifax solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages
  • Ability to confidently represent Equifax and be a brand ambassador for Equifax
  • Believe in solutions provided by Equifax and convert them into high percentage of successful sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude to network and build relationships
  • Ability to negotiate and bring deals to closure
