Revenue Accounting - Lead will be responsible for ensuring (a) revenue recognition policies are followed according to both company policies/procedures and external regulations, (b) facilitating high qualify financial reporting and close process, and (c) interfacing consistently with the Finance Management and other key business partners.

Lead the revenue contract review process to ensure sales contracts are in compliance

and accounted for in accordance with ASC 606.

Assist in the preparation and review of monthly revenue accounting activities, including

but not limited to the preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet

reconciliations and flux analysis.

Assist in the preparation and review of footnotes and SEC supporting deliverables for

internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with technical accounting, Finance, Legal, Sales, Sales Operations, FP&A, AR, IT, and various business owners on policies, processes, and programs to help drive key initiatives and process improvements.

Lead and work closely with different stakeholders for large and complex revenue

accounting projects and provide recommendations for improvement or automation

where necessary.

Preparation of memo on complex accounting problems as per ASC 606.

Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from the business and special projects, as needed.

Partner with internal and external auditors and support financial statement audits, as


Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to establish and ensure compliance with SOX



Chartered Accountant preferred.

4+ years of related experience; preferably with a background in audit or SOX/ICFR control


Understanding of revenue recognition principles and related accounting standards (e.g.,

ASC 606).

Experience working on tools like NetSuite, Chargebee, Salesforce, Zuora Revenue, Zuora

Billing, Workday Financials.

SaaS company experience is a plus.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interacting with

peer group and senior leadership.

Strong Excel skills: with the ability to manipulate and digest large amounts of data


Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities

along with day-to-day responsibilities.
