The Finance Controller is responsible for providing financial and analytical partnership to the sites and BU management teams by being a decision enabler. This role focuses on product costing, analytical aspects and serves as financial partner to site management of assigned business or function. Responsible for the development, analysis and interpretation of information to appraise profitability and management performance against targets.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily transactional activities to meet SLAs/KPIs and coordinate cost center assessments.
- Improve and document Controlling processes, participating in quality improvement projects and daily meetings.
- Support process enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining operational procedures.
- Manage month-end closing tasks, providing accurate costing and margin analyses.
- Assist in product costing simulations, SAP material master accounting, and monthly inventory valuation.
- Review production cost centers, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze operational metrics and trends.
Requirements
- Candidates holding a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in controlling within a dynamic manufacturing environment is a prerequisite. Additionally, candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in SAP controlling, product costing, and relevant master data.
- Proficiency in SAP FI (Finance) and SAP CO (Costing) is mandatory. Experience in Project Management would be beneficial.
- Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of product costing concepts, variance analysis, and performance controlling. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
