For more details about the Function please visit this Link Purpose of the role In the Senior Financial Analyst role on the North America Supply Chain Finance team, you will have a unique opportunity to be a part of a new team where you can develop your skills and capabilities in planning & reporting, process excellence, situational agility and partnership for impact. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in the monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes in SCF that are critical to accurately forecasting our results for the business and providing meaningful insights.
Additionally with this role, you will have a differential opportunity to be involved in a critical priority, SCF Modernization. This is a project focused on improving forecast accuracy, providing actionable insights to the business, and driving joint accountability across Supply Chain Finance, Pillars and OUs. This will be achieved through developing processes, dynamic tools and changes in ways of working.
You will be a key member of this extended project team and be involved in the design, build, test and pilot of these tools along with the long-term usage. - Leverage tools, processes and ways of working from Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Modernization to partner on the execution of the North America Supply Chain Finance FP&A processes (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, ESC or P&A) and serve-up insights to the business.
- For current-state partnership opportunities: Partner with the US-based SCF team on current state FP&A processes.
- For long-term changes coming with SCF Modernization: play an active role in the design, build, test and pilot of new tools, processes and ways-of-working (part of the SCF Modernization project).
- Partner with US-based SCF team on analysis of key drivers and summarization of key insights for the SCF P&A, Pillar and OU SC teams.
- Partner with US-based SCF team on consolidation/construction of month-end and forecast “story”.
- Drive efficiencies in our annual and monthly planning/reporting processes
- Assess performance against plan and identify opportunities to close gaps.
- Partner with US-based SCF team on clear, concise summaries of performance
- Understand key financial drivers and their calculations.
- Identify data outliers, determine root cause and action.
- Identify and partner with the SCF RCL and Global FP&A Capabilities team on tool enhancements ideas, testing to improve quality of insights.
- Sit as a member of the SCF one team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
- Required Professional Certifications: Graduate - Accounting / Commerce / Finance / Business Specific Job Experience or Skills / Competencies / Behavior
- Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Process Excellence, able to make process improvements, and effectively organize work
- Situational agility, comfort navigating ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Solid understanding of P&L planning and business process
- Global and/or cross-functional team partnership
- Previous Supply Chain or Supply Chain Finance experience
- Experience with our FP&A systems and capabilities (BPC, AFO, Tableau) or system proficiency (ability to get up to speed quickly)
- Experience with SAP ERP or system proficiency (ability to get up to speed quickly) PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
